Yoga can help strengthen joints, increase stamina, increase flexibility, align the body, and reduce stress.
Bring your own mat or come as you are. Beginners welcome. Class is about an hour, wear comfortable clothing that allows plenty of movement (either loose or stretchy). Have water if you need it.
