The Road to a Better You
This program serves as a tool to improve wellbeing, maximize daily activities and
encourage positive behavior change. The program goal is to improve overall wellness score by 5% and increase physical activity to 150 minutes per week. By the end of the program implementation participants will be able to accurately describe the dimensions of wellness, apply knowledge and skill for effective behavior change, and implement stress management strategies to improve over health.

Our mission is to help make wellness education and fitness programming accessible and affordable to members of the community. We value personal and social connections to create an environment that is creative, supportive and understanding.
Overall mental well-being is the way you feel about yourself, the quality of relationships, and your ability to mange your feelings. Having a strong sense of purpose, ability to deal with stress, ability to bounce back from adversity and balancing work and home life are all important measures throughout Wellness Your Way.
FEATURES OF PROGRAM
Each session we will experience a group fitness activity that supports participants at every fitness level. Our focus will be on team building and natural movement that can be done at home or at a gym.
We encourage social connections of all participants and full support from all trainers. Social connections to friends and family can add up to 6 years of life expectancy.
Our team will ensure we support each participant through encouragement and motivation. We will learn the importance of positive mental health through self-esteem and confidence building activities.
We will teach and conduct mindfulness activities as each session to promote positive mind-body connections ranging from meditation, yoga, deep breathing, and muscle stretching.
Each participant will receive worksheet guides for each subject along with weekly motivational emails. Each week new material will be presented with an opportunity to ask questions or follow along.
Our team is highly skilled and trained in Wellness Your Way programming. Our team consist of certified personal trainers, group fitness instructors, yoga and mediation specialist and public health professionals.
