15-Minute BeginnerHIIT Cardio Workout

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. These workouts meant to be quick but effective. When completing a HITT workout, you need to be completing these workouts at a level of 70-90% of your maximum effort, to get the best results!

If your goal is to burn calories and fat quickly, then HIIT workouts will help you reach your goals.

For this HITT workout, no equipment is needed to complete the workout! But, you may want to have a mat and water bottle!

Exercise Movements:

Jump Squats

V-Sit Crunches

Push Ups

Burpee

Mountain Climbers

Alternating Lunges

Squats


Template 1:

Complete each movement for 30sec (all out), rest for 20sec, complete all 7 for 1 Set, repeat for a total of 3-4 Sets


Template 2:

Complete each movement for 45sec (all out), rest for 15 sections before, complete all 7 for 1 Set, repeat for a total of 3-4 Sets.


Template 3:

Complete each movement for 30sec (all out), rest for 20sec, Complete 3 Sets of each exercise before moving on.
