We provide a health and fitness plan, and the positive reinforcement you need to make big lifestyle changes. You will learn the importance of positive mental health through self-esteem and confidence building activities. Also offering wellness program classes year round.
We promote positive mind body connections ranging from meditation, deep breathing, and muscle stretching. Our newest addition to the GEF family is a certified yoga instructor.
We encourage social connections of all participants and full support from all trainers. Social connections to friends and family can add up to 6 years of life expectancy. We regularly post workout tips, advice, and fitness videos on social media.
We offer a wide range of exercise equipment and workout classes. We customized each plan so you can enjoy every workout. We also teach you functional fitness routine that can be done from the comfort of your home.
Our team is highly skilled and trained in Wellness Your Way programming. Our team consist of certified personal trainers, group fitness instructors, yoga and mediation specialist and public health professionals.

MISSION AND VISION
To promote movement and exercise, to create or maintain a healthy lifestyle by motivating encouraging and supporting our members. We are dedicated to creating a community that will live longer, happier and healthier inspired by the world's longest-lived cultures. We help our members overcome barriers to optimize their healthy lifestyle.
Our Wellness Your Way program goal is to improve overall wellness score by 5% and increase physical activity to 150 minutes per week. We will do this by focusing on six areas of wellness to improve overall health and understanding to live a longer, happier and healthier life.
We welcome all bodies, genders, ages, education, nationalities, races, and abilities. Our goal is to help you feel good in the skin you’re in, and achieve the goals that make you feel like your best and healthiest self.

Kelsey is an expert in all things Public Health and Exercise Science. She is a graduate student in Master's of Public Health program at Grand Valley State University. She is passionate about helping people overcome barriers to success and creating a happy, healthy lifestyle. Kelsey is ready to make an impact in her community!
Yoga Instructor/ Personal Trainer
Meet your yoga teacher Rebekah Serbinski. She is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer with an emphasis on wellness--being fit beyond the physical, in body, mind, and spirit. Yoga is her passion because of the vast and innumerable ways it teaches us to connect with ourselves, each other, and the universe. When she is not in the studio, She enjoys the great outdoors hiking with her dog, or get cozy with a cup of tea and write.
